지난 10월 19일~21일, 뉴욕에서 OTS 학회가 개최되었습니다.
우리랩에서는
1. Targeted RNA replacement by Trans-splicing ribozymes as specifc and efficient cancer gene therapy
2. Development and characterization of RNA aptamers specific for carcinoembryonic antigen
3. Selective regression of cancer via tissue-specific expression of hTERT-targeting Trans-splicing ribozyme
이라는 제목으로 세편의 poster 발표를 마쳤습니다.
특히,
Targeted RNA replacement by Trans-splicing ribozymes as specifc and efficient cancer gene therapy의 경우는 oral presentation에 선정되어 저희 지도 교수님이신 이성욱 교수님께서 presentation을 하셨습니다.
